We have hidden in the contestants suitcases to head towards the land of the long white cloud. We take time out of jumping off bridges to record the show live from the jungles of New Zealand, you can almost smell the tourists, ewoks and the elephants, which are all native to the South Island.

We chat away about the week that was like a couple of old ladies eating crab cakes around the canasta table.

Courtney has left the dark side and within minutes takes a bullet in the heart to save Darth Munnalita.

The contestants travel to the land of the hobbits and the trolls for a week of The Lord of the Biggest Rings.

Apparently jumping off a cliff and not self-assessment and meditation as we previously thought attains spiritual growth. Thanks to the Biggest Loser producers for making us aware of this.
